Winters Intervention forms part of several photography works Olivia pursued whilst resident at the beautiful Dumfries House in Ayrshire, Scotland. Whilst intervening with the natural woodland landscape, Olivia brings a new restoration of life to the discarded forest remains. Through her particular processes within painting, Olivia upcycles the unwanted wood once bitten by December's frost and unleashes a spectrum of tonal colours which catches winters daylight with an alluring curiosity.
